Richard S. Zinn is a Professional Land Surveyor with 36 years experience.  Richard has been licensed in the State of New Jersey since 1990 and has a strong background in mathematics.  All work that leaves the office is fully review or performed by Richard, assuring you a high quality product in a timely fashion. 

 Richard enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golf, sports and classic cars.

Helen Possessky - Office Manager

Helen has over 20 years administrative experience and is a new member of the Brunswick West, Inc. team.  Helen is responsible for setting up new survey request orders, title and filed map searches, accounts receivables and issuing legal descriptions.

She enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, hiking with her 3 dogs and taking cross county trips.

Brunswick West, Inc. utilizes new technology for collecting, analyzing, displaying and transmitting of information. We are able to perform the necessary duties to produce accurate and timely deliverable for all your surveying needs.

Richard Kaiser - Lead Party Chief, Field Supervisor - responsible for all field data collection and transfer between field and office

Richard Kaiser has 23 years experience in the surveying field.  With over 18 years experience in title surveying, Richard also has extensive knowledge of construction surveying/management, CPS comprehension/data collection and filed map/deed comprehension and research.

Richard enjoys being with his family, collecting and restoring vintage BMX bikes, cycling and sports.
